All residents are subject to credit and background checks. Must have a 620 credit or greater. No previous eviction will be approved. The tenant's net income must be 2.5 times the rent.
*We offer Assurant for deposit as an alternative instead of putting cash upfront. Residents can use Assurant, a low-cost policy covering the same thing as a traditional deposit.
We welcome pets! The pet deposit is $300 non-refundable, and a $35 monthly charge per pet. We allow no more than two pets per apartment.
